| This is the conference space par excellence. Arranged as a cinema with fixed upholstered chairs in blue, it has everything required for a conference with up to 400 participants. It also has a control room from which to manage technical equipment. |

| With more than 300 sq.m. in Art Nouveau style, this room can be used with a theatre layout for up to 200, with movable seating; as a function room with 300 places with tables; as a ballroom; as an exhibition area and for any other required use. Adjacent is the Viani Room which can be used for receptions, meetings with seating for 50, and as a press room or small cinema. |

| This is a little more private, on the first floor, and can be divided into three separate rooms, with seating for 60, 30 and 60. As a single room, with seating in a theatre layout, it can accommodate 140 people. Its special feature is its wonderful view of the sea. |
