Built in liberty style, the most versatile hall of the centre: in a “stall-like” arrangement or equipped with tables and chairs, it can entertain up to 300 people, as a ballroom it can entertain maximum 200 people. It is also usable as a showroom for exposition and fairs.

The magnificent sea sight is its peculiarity. Placed on the first floor of the structure, the hall can entertain as many as 140 people and can be modulated up to three different halls composed respectively by 60, 20 and 60 seats.
